Vietnam continues to be a strong magnet for foreign direct investment (FDI), with total registered capital reaching $31.52 billion in the first 10 months of the year, marking a robust increase of 15.6% compared to the same period last year.

On November 4, the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee held its regular monthly conference for October 2025, in terms of FDI attraction, Bac Ninh province, Vietnam now ranks 2nd nationwide, trailing only Hanoi City.
